Simple answers for choosing a piece, creating a design and preparing your order.
What can I personalize?
Choose a product and its available options, then start with a blank piece in the studio. Add Text or Photos, or choose a Template organized by occasion. Available sizes and finishes depend on the product.
Can I use Arabic or accented letters?
Yes. You can add English, Spanish, French or Arabic text. Choose a suitable font and check the complete name or phrase in the preview, especially punctuation and mixed-language text.
Which photos work best?
Use a sharp, well-lit photograph with a clear subject. The studio automatically prepares and places your photo; you do not need to adjust brightness or contrast. JPG, PNG and WebP files are supported up to 25 MB each.
Will the finished piece look exactly like the preview?
The preview shows your composition and an approximate material appearance. Natural grain, color, surface finish and laser settings can change the final result. A digital preview cannot guarantee an exact physical match.
Can I save and share a design?
Yes. Save on your device, create a share link, or sign in to save to your account library. Anyone with a share link can view that copy, so keep it private when it contains personal information. Removing an account entry does not erase separate shared copies or order artwork.
Can I change my design?
Before ordering, you can move, resize, rotate or flip an element. Tap a selected photo again to open its optional crop and positioning controls. After ordering, email [email protected] promptly with the order number; we will check whether changes are still possible.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Check the delivery details offered for your product and address. Production and transit times are separate. If a destination, charge or timing is unclear, email [email protected] before ordering, especially when your gift is needed for a particular date.
Is there a charge for each photo preview?
No. Creating a photo preview in the studio does not carry a separate per-image charge. The selected product price and any applicable delivery charges are separate.
Can I download my design?
Yes. Open Review design, then Download design files. You can download a wood preview PNG, artwork PNG, artwork SVG or editable design file. A downloaded preview is useful for checking the design; it is not a guarantee that the file is ready for a particular engraving machine.
What should I check before confirming?
Check spelling, dates, photo placement, readable text, the selected product and its options. Keep important details inside the engraving guide. Bark, clips, handles and camera openings are outside the usable area. Review the complete composition before adding it to your cart.
