Your design and permissions
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed to use the text, photographs and artwork you upload. Do not submit unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights. Review spelling, dates, placement and selected options before confirming your design.
The preview and the finished piece
The studio preview helps you understand the composition. Natural wood grain, edges, color, surface finish and laser settings can affect the result. Screen color and a digital preview cannot guarantee an exact physical match. Keep important details within the usable engraving area and check the product information for the selected piece.
Prices, availability and orders
Review the product, selected options, price and any delivery charges before placing an order. Saving a design, downloading a preview or adding an item to the basket does not by itself create an accepted production order. Follow the ordering instructions provided and check the order status and confirmation you receive. Only payment methods actually offered for the order are available.
Changes, delivery and problems
The delivery and returns pages explain how to ask about dispatch, amendments, cancellations and a problem with your piece. If a detail is unclear, contact [email protected] before ordering. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and handle any refund required by applicable law.
Accounts, privacy and your rights
Keep account credentials private and share design links only with people you want to see that copy. Our privacy notice explains how account details, enquiries, artwork and order information are used. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
